To form companies the plan is to gather a collection of minds, to split into teams to form plans using the ideas generated by the intelligence of you and your team. Once an idea is settled on by the team, the idea is to form a company using the members that contribute to the discussion as employees/owners of the company. Your ownership level will be equal to your "message posting" score on the topic that forms a business. The more you contribute the more you own. As an individual it is hard to get started, but as a team anything can happen.
